Please review the following “Final Website Approval & Publishing Release” carefully before you press enter. Your submission of this document will indicate your final website approval and if you agree to terms, will initiate the publishing of your new website.

PROOFING:
I (the client) understand that the final proofreading of all content on my website is my responsibility prior to making the site live. Proofreading includes (but is not limited to):
• phone numbers
• addresses
• prices
• forms (some include a response email receipt, so please fill out and check all submissions yourself)
• internal links
• copyright information
• dates
• inclusion of all copy & content
• check that software integrations are working properly (if applicable, i.e. e-commerce payment flow, calendars, any other third party software, etc.).

*If there are any typos, fixes or other changes needed after site approval, King Creative Design may be available as needed. Services will be billed on an hourly basis. 

FORMS:
I (the client) have checked all submission forms on the website and agree that they are all in working order as of this final website approval. I have filled out all forms on the site and the email results are being received at their appropriate email address. 

LINKS:
I have gone through the website carefully and checked to make sure all internal links and external links are going to their appropriate destinations.

MAINTENANCE:
I understand the importance of keeping my website up-to-date once my site is published and going forward. I’m aware of the security implications and vulnerability issues that can arise, especially if my site is not updated regularly. WP Maintenance includes the following:
• WordPress version
• themes
• plugins
• site backup (some hosts handle this)
• troubleshooting conflicts 

I understand that it’s my (the clients) responsibility to do the updates or to obtain a qualified WordPress tech to do it for me. KCD recommends finding someone with FTP access and a basic knowledge of WordPress in case plugin and/or theme conflicts arise.

BACKUPS:
I (the client) understand that it is important to keep current backups of my website in case of database malfunction, malware attack, data loss or any other unforeseen problems. If my hosting plan does not include regular backups (recommended), I am aware that there are alternate backup programs, that can be installed on my new website upon request and I have discussed my options with King Creative Design. 

EMAIL:
In the case that King Creative Design has set up any email addresses for me during the programming phase, I confirm that I have obtained my username/s, password/s and login credentials from KCD. I also understand that it is my own responsibility to set up my new email accounts on my devices (personal computer, cell phone, iPad, other handheld devices, etc.). Your email provider or hosting company should have documentation on how to do this and support can be obtained directly through them. Support is usually free of charge depending on the hosting company.  

I (the client) understand that my email accounts are owned by me and are set up and controlled by my email provider or hosting company. I understand that I can obtain assistance directly from my email provider and/or hosting company for any email issues that may arise. I’m aware that if I seek help from King Creative Design I may be billed on an hourly basis. 

EMAIL FORWARDING:
I have checked to make sure any email forwards that may have been set up by KCD are resulting to the correct email address (if applicable). 

HOSTING & REGISTRATION:
My hosting, domain registration and email accounts are owned by me (the client), or my company, associate or past web designer, and are  separate from the services King Creative Design offers. I understand that it is my own responsibility to keep these services (hosting, domain registration and email accounts) current when they come up for renewal to avoid service interruption or cancellation. 

If King Creative Design set up any hosting for me (domain or email or plugin licensing) during the design/programming process, I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain the account ID and login info for my records. All personal and/or company information in my hosting account can and should be checked by me (the client) upon the publishing of my site and kept up-to-date.

PASSWORDS:
I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my own passwords on file for my email accounts, hosting, domain registration, WordPress admin and other login credentials for ancillary software integrations related to my website. King Creative Design is not responsible for keeping customer login information after site publishing.

SECURITY:
I (the client) understand that King Creative Design recommends having a security program in place to protect my site from hackers. I’m aware that there are products offered by most hosting companies that can help keep my site safe from malware attacks. This kind of product and can be set up directly through the hosting company. If you are interested, KCD can be obtained on an hourly basis to help with the setup. 

LICENSING:
All information including graphics, illustrations, text, photos and other images which I provided to King Creative Design for inclusion in the website, I represent, warrant and agree that I obtained all necessary licenses or other rights clearances for display of these materials on the website. King Creative Design assumes no responsibility for any claims based on the failure to obtain the necessary licenses or other rights clearances on these materials. I agree to indemnify and hold King Creative Design harmless for any claims brought by third parties based on the alleged infringement of any rights in information, illustrations, text, photos or images which I have provided to King Creative Design. 

King Creative reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
